Fuente de Los Caballos (Fountain of the Horses) in Plaza de las Platerias, sculpted by J. Pernas in 1829. The female figure holds the traditional star of the city. The fountain inspired the poem "Moonlight Dance in Santiago" by Federico Garcia Lorca.
